Thanks to both of you. And Larry, that is what a yard here in Texas looks like with a LOT of watering. Unfortunately with watering restrictions, not all of the yards look like this anymore. Very sad how many hardwood trees we are losing right now. You can drive down the road and see the dead oak trees everywhere. Will be a dangerous situation when we have a major storm with high winds.

Good morning all. It is really nice to see the brisk new home construction sales in the area. All the builders seem to be experiencing good, positive numbers. The price point that is moving the quickest in this part of the area are the homes in the 200's - 400's. Let's all just hope that the almighty rates stay nice and low to keep this sector moving.
