YESTERDAY I DROPPED MY TOP!
Can you believe that it was 90 degrees yesterday here in Texas in February???? I was driving to Austin for the Texas Association of REALTORS Winter Meeting and decided to drop the top on the car and enjoy this weather! (Had you going there with the racy title didn't I?)
What a perfect time to gather with the best minds in the industry, gain some knowledge and earn some MCE!
Today I attended the Commercial Real Estate meetings. The focus was on the economic outlook which appears to be on a major up-swing throughout Texas. Great news for all of us.
I also completed the MCE course on Commercial Leasing which was very informative and gave us the latest changes and discussions concerning the TAR commercial leasing forms.
