WHAT IS REAL ESTATE REALLY ABOUT?
I am here in Dallas and had time yesterday to go shopping at a Texas favorite - Neiman Marcus! Oh the indulgence!
Anyway, as I am there I meet this wonderful young woman. She asked me why I was in town and I explained that I was here for the Active Rain Camp.
After giving her a quick briefing of Active Rain, she let me know that she was a newly licensed agent.
How exciting to meet a young person just about to embark on her real estate career.
My best advice to her as well as anyone else entering this profession or already in it, this business is NOT about the real estate. This business is about PEOPLE and RELATIONSHIPS.
If we can keep that in focus, you will be very successful in real estate. Keep the REAL in Real Estate!
