I JUST SOLD A HOME AT 6:00 A.M. THIS MORNING! I have these wonderful clients that I have so enjoyed working with. We have been looking for homes diligently for several months and found a great home yesterday. Mrs. Buyer was with me and loved the home and now needing Mr. Buyer to see it. When I called the listing agent, low and behold - they are awaiting a lease and were thrilled to hear that we were interested.
Last night Mrs. Buyer called and sheepishly asked if Mr. Buyer could see the home at 6 a.m. this morning! Yikes! Now, I am pretty dedicated and all but wow, this is EARLY! Also there was the little problem of accessing the home that early via the Supra key. After speaking with the Listing Agent, she granted permission to obtain the key last night and open the home this morning. Thankfully the home is vacant which made this entire process doable.
When the bleary-eyed agent (me) showed up the buyer's were eagerly awaiting. After about 30 minutes, they both said the words we all LOVE to hear, "Let's write this one up!" AWESOME! I have to say that this will be my first home sale at 6 a.m. but totally worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat when working with such wonderful people!
