A CLASS ACT! Last night here in The Woodlands at Barnes & Nobles, former First Lady Laura Bush was visiting and signing copies of her book, "Spoken from the Heart". The turnout was amazing as people of all age groups lined up to meet this wonderful lady of grace and elegance.
I have admired Laura Bush throughout the years first as First Lady of Texas and then as the First Lady of the entire country. Never ever have I seen or heard anything except exemplary behavior from this woman. When her husband was deeply criticized, she maintained her poise and postive demeanor.
I am proud to have had Laura Bush as my First Lady for so many years. She exemplifies a beautiful spirit along with intelligence and class. I hope to meet Mrs. Bush someday and tell her what a fine job she did during her years in Texas and the years in Washington.
May we all strive to possess the characteristics of this fine woman! Rock on Laura!
