Turn Your FEAR into Action!

Turn Your FEAR into Action!

FEAR

Today I was having a conversation with a fellow real estate agent.  She is desiring to take her business in a new direction. FEAR however, is holding her back.

As we were talking, I could just see her wheels turning and how excited she became as she shared her dream with me. I asked her what was holding her back and she said very simply that it was FEAR. Fear of not having every answer to her questions answered, fear of the unknowns, etc.

As I pondered this conversation today I came up with an acronym for FEAR:

F ~ Fully E ~ Engage A ~And R ~ RUN!

Isn't it true when we are ready to step out in a new business, a life-changing decision or a new adventure that the negative of fear rears its ugly head? I believe however, that FEAR can be an amazing motivator.

Take all of that negative energy generated by the FEAR and turn it into positive, commanding and upward motivation.  The only way to beat FEAR in its tracks is to face it, accept it and then MOVE forward!  So fully engaging and running with whatever your dream is will defeat FEAR right now!

What will you do today to turn your FEAR into your next dream?
